The Valentia Group
Lylat's longest-running crime family, the Valentia Group is currently run by its third-generation leader, Donna Camilla Valentia, who took up the mantle after the death of her father, Don Marcello. The organization has its hand in multiple industries, and continues to be a thriving, wealthy, powerful group with thousands of ships at its beck and call. The group has a reputation for hiring new mercenaries to give them experience in the field, but there are missions that they do not want jeopardized, and for those missions, they bring in their best.
Donna Camilla Valentia
Leader
Camilla didn't just inherit her position--she earned the respect and power she has. Camilla was born with a condition that causes the function of her legs to deteriorate (though the rate of deterioration has slowed down since she reached adulthood); this results in moments of fatigue, and she must stop to rest. Despite this, she runs the family with an iron fist, and is a frequent employer of Star Wolf. As children, she and Wolf were arranged to marry thanks to a deal between their fathers, but when their fathers were killed, Camilla broke off the arrangement to focus on damage control within the group, as she had no choice but to succeed her father right away.
Camilla has a passion for business, and her hobbies include indulging in various cultural pursuits, mostly listening to jazz music. Among friends, she is very social; otherwise, she comes off as aloof and task-oriented. She has a reputation for being prepared for any situation. She has a deep insecurity; she worries she will not be nearly as successful or revolutionary as her father, unaware that she's already surpassed him in the amount of property she owns and businesses she has her hand in.
Camilla specializes in firearms, and is known as a deadshot, though her weak points are rapid-fire and heavy weapons.

Tiga Strauss
Assassin
The personal assassin of Donna Camilla.
Born and raised in the tightly-knit community of the Andalou Traveling Circus and raised collectively by fellow troupe members, Tiga had a violent streak since childhood, and was committed to an asylum for a few years before Camilla was able to intervene and have her discharged. Feeling betrayed by her former family who had cared for her for so long, Tiga has sworn her undying loyalty to the Donna, and has even developed what could be considered a friendship with the crime boss (Although Tiga's personal feelings toward the Donna confuse her sometimes). She is normally very calm, until someone gets in her personal space, at which point she will grow belligerent. Tiga specializes in stealth, and has an impressive body count. Tiga acts as the physical combat foil to Donna Camilla's marksmanship.
Tiga is quick to anger when it comes to anyone who attempts so much as friendly conversation with her (save for Camilla and Lulu). On some occasions when Camilla hires Star Wolf for a mission, she tags along. She gets along somewhat with Leon and barely speaks to Wolf; she will attack Panther with the slightest provocation and sees Quetzal as little more than a sickly child.
Tiga favors hand-to-hand combat and carries a knife she uses for many purposes.

Lulu
Behind-the-scenes
Miniature Pinscher. Camilla’s personal assistant, Lulu helps maintain the day-to-day activities of the business. Personable and social, Lulu often acts as Camilla’s liaison when she is unavailable. Camilla brought Lulu into the business when she needed to escape her ex-husband, a stalker with violent tendencies. Let’s just say Camilla made him….disappear. Lulu’s a single mother, with a four-year-old son, Isaac.
Lulu has no formal combat training, but her background in chemistry has helped her create explosives in a pinch.
